T’s portfolio career spans fifteen years with senior lecturer, external examiner and guest speaker roles at internationally recognised universities, as well as intervals of strategic insight & innovation for select foresight agencies and individuals breaking new ground.

From 2012- 2024 Teresa progressed from Sales and Marketing Director of Lipcote to (consulting) Head of Brand and partner for Lipcote & Co (make-up accessories). Growing the business into two award winning lipstick and brow fixing icons listed at leading pharmacies and fashion-orientated retailers - garnering significant press coverage, book features, live brief & events with select arts institutes, as well as soughtafter beauty photographers, writers and image makers.

Teresa and her team organically elevated a British heritage (SME) & family-owned company into a lifestyle brand, a Bronze Patron for the British Beauty Council, an esteemed member of the CEW and The Red Tree consultancy, as well as a community platform to profile (first) beauty communicators on the rise. 

In true polymath form, and to date, T is a visiting lecturer for Vogue College of Fashion, a Creative Business Advisor and Founder of Concept Agency & Study-House, The Advisory (+). 

Taking care of T’s taking care of others is patron & friend, Peter Penny, Life Coach, Global Thought Leader for Gender Equality, and specialist in NLP and Psychology for Leadership (Oxford).
